Our aim is to work on both sides of the hiring equation – empowering candidates and transforming recruitment!

For candidates targeting business roles in any organization, we've built an AI Mock Interviewer that simulates real interviews, provides comprehensive real-time feedback, and rates and benchmarks performance against other users.

For companies, we are building an AI Interviewer that will be scalable and unbiased for conducting screenings, an AI Interviewer Copilot that provides real-time assistance for human interviewers, a talent pipeline with access to pre-qualified candidate pools, and an AI-native Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that will be far more efficient than current-generation ATS solutions.
